About
JS works in the field of evaluation, for a large federal government department. She spends most of her time so far doing strategic planning and developing risk assessment methodologies.
She remains greatly disturbed by the misuse of statistics and quantitative approaches to data and information manipulation.
She is often tempted to get a t-shirt that says 'numbers make you stoopid', but she has a soft spot for '0' so probably won't do that any time soon.
(Note: She is also regularly annoyed by sloppy qualitative research methods.)
